Image Ingredients Wheat Flour 1 Cup Cooking oil 2 tbsp. Salt 1 tsp. Water 6 tbsp. Clarified butter (Ghee) 4 tbsp. To apply on Bhakri Instructions Prep. (00:02:00)In a bowl mix flour, oil, water and salt and knead dough to make it hard. Prep. (00:04:00)Make 4 equal portions of the dough and roll out each portion into a 5" diameter flat circle using a rolling pin. Cook (00:16:00)Roast each bhakri on both sides in a flat pan (tawa).
