Image: Ingredients: Wheat Flour 500 g Salt 2 tbsp. Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp. Turmeric Powder 0.5 tsp. Cooking oil 0.5 Cup Water 0.5 Cup Potatoes 250 g Mashed Peas 150 g Green Chili Pepper 1 Pcs. Garlic Paste 1 tsp. Coriander 0.25 Cup Ginger 1 tsp. Lemon 1 tsp. Juice Curry Leaves 5 Pcs. Onion 1 Pcs. Instructions: Prep. (00:03:00)Mix wheat flour,1 tbsp. salt,red chili powder,turmeric,2 tbsp. oil and start kneading the dough by gradually adding water into it. Keep it aside for a while. Cook (00:02:00)Heat 1/2 tbsp. oil and add peas stir it for a couple of minutes. Prep. (00:02:00)Now in a mixture grinder mix green chili, garlic, ginger, salt, lime juice, curry leaves, onion, coriander and the heated peas and grind them to create its paste. Prep. (00:02:00)Now make balls of the dough and roll it with rolling pin & place a small ball of potato-peas mixture in between and seal by wrapping the flat dough around.
