    Put some oil in a pan to heat on a medium flame. Once oil is heated after about 2-3 minutes add asafoetida and chopped onion and stir for 2 minutes and lastly add turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste, and red chili powder and mix them well for a minute.

    Now add buttermilk and stir continuously.

    Turn off the stove and serve the contents in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
