    Prepare paste of turmeric, red chili powder, salt, garlic (5 Pcs.) and water.
  2. Cook (00:10:00)
    Heat oil in a pan. Once heated add asafoetida, onion, garlic, prepared paste and stir for about 2 minutes. Add buttermilk and stir for 3 minutes. Add roti pieces and mix them well.
  3. Prep. (00:01:00)
    Roti tadka is now ready. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with onion, papad, buttermilk and/or pickle.
