Theplas can be enjoyed hot or otherwise. Sometimes the whole jeera, til or doodhi can be added to enhance the flavor of theplas. Image Ingredients Wheat Flour 500 g Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp. Salt 1.5 tbsp. Turmeric Powder 2 tsp. Fenugreek (green) 50 g Garlic Cloves 20 Pcs. Green Chili Pepper 4 Pcs. Cooking oil 2 tbsp. Cooking oil 0.5 Cup to heat thepla Water 1.5 Cup Instructions Prep. (00:06:00)Mix all the ingredients including fenugreek (leaves only) but except 0.5 cup oil into a bowl and knead into a semi-soft dough and keep it aside covered for 3 minutes. Prep.
