After 4 minutes add turmeric powder, salt, garlic chili paste and mix well. Add oil and Gram flour (besan) and stir well for next 3 minutes. Prep. Once oil is heated add Cinnamon, clove and paste from the cup and start stirring. Once you feel the aroma of spices pour buttermilk into it and mix well until buttermilk starts boiling.
