Mustard seed (Split) 2 tbsp. Asafoetida 1 tbsp. Fenugreek seeds (Split) 1 tbsp. Fenugreek seeds 0.5 tsp. Turmeric Powder 0.5 tsp. Instructions Prep. (00:02:00)Wash carrot, peas and cauliflower and allow them to dry in sunlight for 5 hours. Prep.
