Onion Curry

Description: Onion curry is most easy and a light dish. In Kathiawar, it is served with roti, bhakhri or khichdi.

    Put some oil in a pan to heat on a medium flame. Once oil is heated after about 2-3 minutes add asafoetida and chopped onion and stir for 2 minutes and lastly add turmeric powder, salt, garlic paste, and red chili powder and mix them well for a minute.

    Onion curry is now ready. Garnish it with coriander and serve.
