(00:05:00)In a bowl mix Sooji, Water, and Ghee and form a firm dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes. Cook (00:05:00)Heat ghee in a kadhai/bowl. Make small balls (no need to give perfect shape) of the dough and deep fry them in the ghee until it turns pink. Prep.
