  1. Prep. (00:05:00)
    In a bowl mix Sooji, Water, and Ghee and form a firm dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook (00:05:00)
    Heat ghee in a kadhai/bowl. Make small balls (no need to give perfect shape) of the dough and deep fry them in the ghee until it turns pink.
  3. Prep. (00:03:00)
    Once the dough balls are cooled break them into pieces and grind them in a mixture.
  4. Prep. (00:05:00)
    Mix it with cream, almonds, cashews and sugar and mix them well with hands. Form lemon shaped balls from it.
  5. Prep. (00:01:00)
    Garnish each laddoo with a raisin on the top. Your laddoos are now ready to be served.
