  1. Prep. (00:05:00)
    In a bowl mix flour and oil and knead dough. Add water while doing so. Once done keep it aside for about 3 minutes.

    Apply a bit of oil on the dough and again knead it and make 15 equal portions of it.
  3. Cook (00:00:00)
    Place a pan on the stove to heat.
  4. Prep. (00:07:00)
    Roll out each portion into a 4" diameter flat circle using a rolling pin.
  5. Cook (00:07:00)
    Roast each roti on both sides in a flat pan (tawa) for about half a minute. Once it is cooked remove the pan from the flame and roast the roti directly on the flame for a couple of seconds so it gets swelled like a balloon.

    Roti is ready. Serve it hot after applying ghee on it.
