Image Ingredients Semolina 1 Cup Clarified butter (Ghee) 1 Cup Copra 1 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Cashew 2 Tablespoon Almonds 2 Tablespoon Golden Raisins 2 Tablespoon Cardamom 0.25 Teaspoon (1/4) Maida flour 500 Gram Cooking oil 0.5 Cup Cooking oil For deep frying Water to knead dough Instructions Prep. (00:03:00)To prepare the dough mix oil, water and Maida flour and knead to form soft and smooth dough and set it aside for 15-20 minutes. Cook (00:07:00)Heat a pan and add ghee to it and roast Semolina/Sooji on slow flame till it changes color to light pink. Prep.
