Water 1 Cup Coriander To garnish Cashew To garnish Instructions Prep. (00:05:00)Mix Bottle gourd, 1 green chili, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tespoon garam masala, 5 gram ginger and corn flour. Make about 10 small koftas (patties shaped). Cook (00:08:00)Create tomato puree by heating mixture of 1/2 cup water, tomatoes, chili, onion, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder. Once it is cooked keep it aside to cool.
