Description: Sweet Potato chips are crispy and flavorful. A good snack for people having fast in occasion of Maha Shivaratri.

    Rinse and dry your sweet potatoes thoroughly and slice them as uniformly thin as possible. Use slicer if you have it.
  2. Cook (00:15:00)
    Heat the oil on medium flame. Once the oil he heated put the sliced chips into the oil. Fry them until golden brown in color.
  3. Prep. (00:01:00)
    Once the chips are fried place them in the serving plate. You can place them on a tissue paper before doing so to remove excess oil. Sprinkle slat as per taste.
